This conference proceedings volume presents the full-length, original papers accepted for presentation at the 3rd International Humanitarian Conference, Baghdad 2024 (IHC-2024). These manuscripts were subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by reviewers selected by the scientific committee from prestigious national and international institutions. The IHC-2024 took place in Baghdad, Iraq, on June 9–10, 2024, and was sponsored by Al Hikma University College, Iraq. We are proud to have played a role in organizing this event and hope it serves as a platform for exchanging research ideas to benefit our society.
